How we ship
We ship implements in FCL (full container) or LCL (shared container) and provide loading plans that keep units stable and maximise container space. Machines are protected with reinforced packing for sea transport.
Loading capacity
Container capacity depends on machine size and packing. Tell us your models and quantity and we will provide a loading plan and the most economical container option.
Trade terms
FOB Qingdao or CIF to your port, as agreed in the quotation. Other terms (e.g. EXW, CFR) on request.
Lead time
Typically 15-35 days after deposit, depending on model and quantity. Peak season or custom builds may take longer; we confirm the date on the Proforma Invoice.
Documents
Commercial Invoice (CI), Packing List (PL) and Certificate of Origin (CO) are provided as standard. Additional certificates - fumigation, FORM E, CIQ - can be arranged on request.
Payment
30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight available for larger orders.

Can I ship a smaller quantity?
Yes - LCL (shared container) is available for smaller orders. We combine the loading plan with other cargo and still use reinforced sea-transport packing.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. We can ship on your forwarder's account (FOB) or arrange CIF ourselves - tell us which you prefer.
Can machines be packed in wooden crates?
Fumigated wooden crates are available on request for certain models and are quoted with the machine.
How long does shipping take?
Ocean transit depends on the destination port. We confirm the estimated transit time and vessel schedule in the quotation.
